The Ultra-Lite CARBON Motorised Wheelchair is the lightest foldable electric wheelchair in the world. It weighs only 12 kg without batteries. The sleek frame is made from carbon fibre which is rust-proof, lightweight and sturdy.
It can be folded in 3 simple steps like a manual wheelchair, making it highly portable and easy to transport in a car.
The battery is detachable and allowed for bringing onboard airplanes as carry-on baggage (subject to operator approval). Each battery allows up to 10 km of travel. You can add an additional battery to go up to 20km.
The batteries can also be charged off-board. This means you can leave the wheelchair in the car and charge the batteries in your house. You can also go out on one battery while leaving the other battery to charge in your room.
