Need installation services? We can recommend a handyman.

We do not provide installation services but we can recommend an experienced handyman who you can contact to arrange the installation. Simply add a note to your order and we will send you his contact details.

His installation rates are as follows:

Grab Bars, Wall-Mounted Shower Seats:

• $45 (standard grab bars), $55 (non-standard e.g. folding grab bars, angled grab bars, wall-mounted shower seats) for the first fixture
• Subsequent fixtures will cost $20 (standard) and $30 (non-standard) each

On-site Assessment:

• $35 service charge for initial assessment
• You will be advised on any other additional installation/ relocation/ fees prior to the commencement of work

Regarding an order

I have received my item but I have a change of mind. Can I get an exchange?

Check your exchange eligibility in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you have a trade-in or buyback scheme?

We do not have any trade-in or buyback schemes in place. We recommend to list your items on secondhand marketplaces or apps such as Carousell.

Payment 

How do I make payment for my online purchase?

We accept payment via Debit or Credit cards and PayNow (UEN: 201128412G). You can also make Cash payments at our showroom.

Can I make payment via Bank Transfer?

Yes, you can. Our account is OCBC 623-030533-001. Once the payment is completed, do WhatsApp +65-8657-1657 with your transaction details and we will confirm once we have received your payment.

What payment methods are accepted for my purchases at the showroom?

We accept the following payment methods at our showroom: Cash, NETS, PayNow, PayLah, GrabPay.
