Installation of Grab Bars, Wall-Mounted Shower Seats
We do not provide installation services. However, we can recommend an experienced handyman to perform the installation of grab bars. Installation rates are $35 (standard grab bars), $45 (non-standard e.g. folding grab bars, wall-mounted shower seats) for the first fixture. Subsequent fixtures will cost $10 (standard) and $15 (non-standard) each.

How do I make payment for my online purchase?
We accept payment via debit/credit cards, GooglePay, ApplePay.
Do I need to have a PayPal account?
Don't worry, you don't need a PayPal account for online purchases. All you need is a debit or credit card. We have recently integrated Shopify payments, which means you can simply check-out using your cards, all in the same page.
I can't seem to place my order online. Is there any other way to place my order?

Can I make payment via bank transfer?
Yes, you can. Please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the necessary bank details to make a bank transfer.
What payment methods are accepted for my purchases at the physical showroom?
We accept cash or NETS.
Is there any physical outlet that I can view the products and make a purchase?
We have a showroom that you can visit. We are located at 3 Ubi Ave 3, Crocodile House #05-02B (Rear Lobby), Singapore 408857. We accept payment by cash or NETS. Alternatively, you can place an order online and opt for self-collection.
I'm not sure which bed rail is suitable for my elderly parent.

Is there a warranty on the products?
All our products come with a 1-year warranty of manufacturer’s defect unless otherwise stated. Do keep a copy of the receipt and inform us of any warranty issues via email to email@example.com, or you can call us at +65-8657-1657.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Should any item be defective, we'll be happy to exchange it. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +65-8657-1657 and we'll confirm the exchange details.
We will only accept refunds/exchanges provided they meet the following guidelines:
- For refunds: Purchases made within 3 days
- For exchanges: Purchases made within 7 days
- Proof of purchase: Original invoice/receipt
- Items must be in original packaging and unused
