Return Policy

Exchange

Within 7 days from the date of purchase, products can be exchanged provided they are in brand new, unused and in its original packaging. Products can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value. For a product to be eligible for exchange, the buyer must provide proof of purchase with the original invoice/receipt. We reserve the right to reject any returns if an item does not meet all of the above conditions. Do note that exchanges are limited to one time only.

For customers who require the exchange of the item to be carried out at their location, a $50 two-way transportation fee will apply. Extra charges may apply to bulky products.

Non-exchangeable Products

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for Nursing and Homecare Beds, Commodes, Incontinence products, Creams and Gels and other hygiene-related products.

Refund

All purchases will be deemed final, with the buyer considered to have read the Terms and Conditions and agreeing fully with it. No refund will be given.
Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the exceptional event that such a request is allowed, the refund will be subject to a minimum processing fee of 5%, in the original mode of payment. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

All our products come with 1 year warranty of manufacturer's defect unless otherwise stated. Do keep a copy of the receipt and inform us of any warranty issues via email to contact@thegoldenconcepts.com, or you can call or WhatsApp us at +65-8657-1657.

Warranty for Manual Wheelchairs, Pushchairs, Rollators, and Walkers
(1) Standard warranty provided for manual wheelchairs, pushchairs, rollators and walkers is 1 year carry-in for the metal frame only. Any other component is considered wear-and-tear and is not covered under warranty.

(2) Wear-and-tear components which are not covered under warranty include:

  • Seat upholstery and cushions
  • Armpads
  • Armrest locking knobs
  • Tyres
  • Paintwork
  • Rust on metal parts
  • Carry Bags or Shopper Bags
  • Pocket Organisers
  • Seat or backrest padding
  • Brakes and brake parts
  • Any other component not stated in point (1) above

If a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, only the remaining unused portion of the original product's warranty shall apply.

Warranty will be voided if;

  • The product has been modified without prior approval from The Golden Concepts
  • Breakdown is due to accident, wear & tear or improper use of the equipment

The Terms and Conditions stated here supersede any warranty term stated by the original manufacturer of the product.
