Enjoying a good workout does not necessarily require you to visit the gym, park or fitness corner. There are actually many things you can do to include a workout in your daily routine! In this post, we will share with you how you can easily get your heart pumping at home with 4 simple products.
1. Using a Pedaler
We all know that cycling is a great exercise that helps build muscle strength and increase flexibility, it also strengthens bones! However, if you don't feel confident on a physical bike, or you are not one to be out in the sun for long periods of time, a pedaler may be a better choice for you!
With the pedaler, you can simulate cycling in the comfort of your own home, and you can even read a book, or watch your favourite Korean drama while at it! It can be used to perform gentle exercises on both the arms and legs. Pedalling has its own benefits, like improving circulation, coordination, increase muscle strength and range of motion.
2. Hand Exercisers
Foam-based stress balls or silicone-based egg hand exercisers are great for building strength in hands and arms, they also lessen pain and rigidity in fingers.
Our hands are very important in our daily tasks and routine. As we grow older, our hands lose strength and that can become an inconvenience in our daily life. Thus, it is important that we consciously work out our hands to maintain strength.
3. Resistance Bands
Exercising with resistance bands is like exercising with weights. Resistance bands are affordable and portable. You can use it anytime, anywhere!

Make sure that your elbows are tucked in by your sides. You can even hold the tensed position for a few seconds for extra resistance!
A simple resistance band allows you to work out your entire body. It comes in different resistance levels so you can adapt easily for multiple fitness levels.
4. Wobble Cushions
Wobble Cushions allow users to squeeze a workout in as they sit or stand. It is an inflatable cushion which creates a challenge to enhance balance and stabilisation, ensuring better posture and building stronger core muscles. It can also be used to train ankle stability by standing or balancing on it.
