Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We will only accept refunds/ exchanges that meet the following conditions:

  • For refunds: Purchases made within 3 days
  • For exchanges: Purchases made within 7 days, and limited to 1 time
  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice/receipt
  • Items must be in original packaging and unused, in brand new condition
  • Items must be returned to us at our office location

We reserve the right to reject any returns if an item does not meet all of the above conditions and if it is no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

Refund Amount

Please note that all refunds or order cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee. Delivery costs are non-refundable if the item has already been shipped out. 

Items for refunds/exchanges must be returned to our showroom. Should you require an item to be picked up for refund, a one-way transportation fee of $20 applies. For exchanges, a two-way $40 transportation fee applies. For larger items such as Geriatric Chairs, a one-way fee of $60 applies.

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Products

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for nursing beds, commodes, incontinence products, clothing items, creams and gels and other hygiene-related products.
