Foam-based stress balls or silicone-based egg hand exercisers are great for building strength in hands and arms, they also lessen pain and rigidity in fingers.
Our hands are very important in our daily tasks and routine. As we grow older, our hands lose strength and that can become an inconvenience in our daily life. Thus, it is important that we consciously work out our hands to maintain strength.
